Namastay is looking for a new Customer Success Manager to join our growing team, remotely from Mexico, Canada, or Brazil.
We’re looking for a dynamic, ambitious and highly organized profile ready to become a true driver of our growth and help deploy Namastay in more hotels around the world.
Missions
- Manage our customers’ onboarding experience and set them up for success
- Maintain close contact with clients throughout the onboarding period
- Collaborate across all teams to create an outstanding customer experience
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization skills
- Create and improve onboarding and documentation processes
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot implementation issues
What we’re looking for
- Fluent English required
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Hospitality Tech is a big plus ...
