Namastay is looking for a new Customer Success Manager to join our growing team, remotely from Mexico, Canada, or Brazil.

We’re looking for a dynamic, ambitious and highly organized profile ready to become a true driver of our growth and help deploy Namastay in more hotels around the world.

Missions

  • Manage our customers’ onboarding experience and set them up for success
  • Maintain close contact with clients throughout the onboarding period
  • Collaborate across all teams to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization skills
  • Create and improve onboarding and documentation processes
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot implementation issues

What we’re looking for

  • Fluent English required
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Hospitality Tech is a big plus
