In this role you ensure value realization and renewal for a portfolio of mid-market customers, guiding them to integrate Harvey’s AI into daily legal workflows. You’ll own renewals end-to-end, build strong relationships with users and buyers, and partner with Account Executives to expand strategic partnerships. You’ll integrate Harvey into customers’ processes, monitor adoption, and quantify ROI to support retention and expansion. This is a chance to help scale a generational platform at a fast-growing company.
