About the Role
As a Customer Onboarding Manager / Customer Success Manager, you will own customer onboarding and implementation activities, help customers understand and use the product effectively, manage onboarding timelines, resolve issues, and share customer feedback with internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in software, project management, customer success, EHS modules, and regulatory or sustainability reporting.
