As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships in a set of assigned accounts in order to further overall product adoption and retention. You will gather account intelligence and ensure our customers receive maximum business value from their software investment. You will be the first line of support for our customers. You will monitor ongoing customer implementations and help overcome challenges.

Job Responsibilities
  • Driving product adoption within all regional accounts
  • Acting as the first level of support for the customers in the region
  • Delivering personalized onboarding for customers with new products/new product capabilities and monitoring partner implementations
  • Conducting value program activities and proactively facilitating customer product education
