Supergrow is a B2B SaaS platform built for LinkedIn content creation and employee advocacy. We help teams create, schedule, and amplify content on LinkedIn at scale, turning employees into thought leaders.


We're growing fast, and we're looking for our first Customer Success hire to own the post-sale experience end to end.


The role


As our Founding Customer Success Manager, you won't just be managing accounts. You'll be building the CS function from the ground up. You'll define how we onboard customers, how we measure health, how we drive retention, and how we grow accounts over time.


This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You'll work directly with the founders, be a critical voice in product decisions, and set the tone for how Supergrow treats its customers at every stage.
