Role Overview
This is a hybrid role combining account management, customer success, and support
operations. The individual will act as a primary relationship manager for hospitals, while
also ensuring day-to-day issue resolution, platform adoption, and operational excellence.
The role requires strong on-ground engagement, especially across hospitals in Rajasthan
and Madhya Pradesh.
