In this role, you will leverage your 2-3 years of experience with SaaS customer success in managing key enterprise accounts. You'll be tasked with building strong relationships, leading onboarding sessions, and conducting regular business reviews to identify growth areas. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide actionable insights will play a crucial role in driving client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain 95%+ GRR for your accounts
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
• Lead onboarding and customer training sessions
• Conduct QBRs and provide insights for growth
• Address client objections and communicate ROI
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in customer success or account management
• Proven success in mid-market or enterprise account management
