This role is for someone who believes great customer success comes from long-term partnerships, not quick fixes. As a Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of established corporate customers, acting as their trusted point of contact across a long-term, contract-based service model. You will work with the same customers over multiple years, developing a deep understanding of their businesses and supporting them through recurring renewal cycles, operational changes and growth. This is a senior, relationship-led role suited to someone who enjoys managing complexity, building trust and delivering consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
