You’ll play a key role in the onboarding and ongoing support of users of our cybersecurity solutions, mainly across European markets. You’ll also be responsible for feeding user feedback back to the Product teams and contributing to the launch of new features .
The role also includes a strong cross-sell component, with incentives tied to product sales.
