We’re hiring a Customer Success Engineer who’ll sit in real customer meetings, identify what’s actually getting in the way, and then build the fix — sometimes a configuration, sometimes a custom support tool, sometimes a one‑off script against our API. You’ll work close to our customers and close to the platform.
This role exists because we think the right person can collapse the distance between a customer has a problem and the problem is solved from weeks to hours.
