**_Puebla_**_, _**_Mexico_**_ _****Main Purpose of the Role**:As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will play a critical administrative and coordination role to ensure seamless execution of customer success processes for our managed services clients.This includes customer satisfaction, pipeline management, invoicing support, contract renewals, and reporting enablement.
**Essential Functions**:- Manage customer satisfaction and initiate and oversee service improvement plan where needed.
- Support contract lifecycle activities (renewals, amendments, upsell tracking).
- Coordinate CSM reporting packages and dashboards.
- Maintain pipeline data across CSM and ticketing tools.
- Act as the communication bridge between account executive, service delivery, sales, and finance.
- Track Customer Success Plans (CSPs) and Success Improvement Plans (SIPs) in back-office tools.
