About the role
The Customer Success Associate will develop, execute, and manage engagement strategies across a customer’s lifecycle—from account opening to ongoing servicing and default management. The role will support our business strategy by building scalable customer service processes and will work cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, Risk, and Support teams.
