Customer Success Associate (Colombia)

About the Role

Empresa confidencial is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to temporarily join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will support a diverse customer base by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and responding to customer inquiries. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance to deliver a seamless experience for key customer programs and strategic partnerships.
