Customer Solutions Specialist — Order & Support

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Jalisco, Mexico. The CSR will handle customer orders, manage communications, and assist with inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of customer service experience and be bilingual in English and Spanish, with a college degree preferred. Strong technical skills and familiarity with JDE are advantageous.
