CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT – ATW

Customer Service Agent’s (CSA’s) work under the direction of the Owner/Operator, Shift Lead, and the Manager (ATW) and/or Supervisors to ensure passengers and customers are handled according to specific company policies and procedures.
