Customer Service - Work from Home - Flexible Schedule

Job Overview

We're looking for enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to assist existing and prospective clients within our organization. This position will work with multiple clients throughout the day, providing outstanding service and product knowledge.

Duties

• Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility.
• Dispatch incoming customer phone calls.
• Accept customer calls and return customer calls.
• Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests.
• Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
• Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
• 100% work from home.
• Receive paid weekly along with earned bonuses.
