As a Customer Service Telco Billing Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our telecommunications clients. In this full-time role, you will be based in our Davao City, Davao del Sur office, handling inbound customer inquiries and resolving billing-related issues.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to inbound customer calls and emails regarding telecommunications billing and account management
- Investigating and resolving customer billing inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
- Updating customer accounts and processing billing adjustments as needed
- Providing customers with clear explanations of billing policies and procedures
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
