  • Client Onboarding : Meet with new accounts to facilitate onboarding and establish strong, ongoing working relationships.
  • Client Support : Provide “white glove service” to assigned clients, maintaining relationships through proactive weekly or biweekly meetings to address any concerns or issues.
  • Import/Export Assistance : Assist with importation documents and collaborate with brokers and our import/export team for incoming and outgoing shipments.
