**Responsibilities**:
- Follow up on the recruitment of official broadcasters and the management of our existing broadcasters, and have reasonable conclusions and suggestions for improving broadcaster performance
- Excavate cooperative resources such as local talent agencies and maintain cooperative relationships
- Responsible for content management and operations, agency communication and agency management
- Responsible for planning and implementing regional online and offline activities; User operations, improve user sensitivity, enhance audience retention
- Responsible for the organization and analysis of operational data in the region
**Skills**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
