Job Function:

Run the daily operations of the department and take charge of the back-end operations for both Customer Service and Prestige Lounge areas (when applicable)


Responsibilities:

  • Manage Customer Interaction
  • Supervise Customer Service Staff
  • Monitor Inventory of Supplies
  • Manage Operational Expense
  • Handle Operational Efficiency


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree preferably business course
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
