Job Function:
Run the daily operations of the department and take charge of the back-end operations for both Customer Service and Prestige Lounge areas (when applicable)
Responsibilities:
- Manage Customer Interaction
- Supervise Customer Service Staff
- Monitor Inventory of Supplies
- Manage Operational Expense
- Handle Operational Efficiency
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree preferably business course
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
