Role Overview
Customer Service Specialist – responsible for accurate customer support, commercial processing, and coordination across internal teams.
What You Will Do- Prepare and issue customer quotations based on technical inputs, service scopes, and pricing guidelines.
- Perform detailed invoice checks to ensure billing accuracy, contract compliance, and alignment with agreed pricing structures.
- Manage customer inquiries related to pricing, service status, lead times, and scope clarification.
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely quotation and invoicing processes.
