Customer Service Specialist - SAP

Instrument Operations Support Specialist – Infectious Disease business unit, Abbott Rapid Diagnostics, Taguig, Philippines. In this role you will support the Global Supply Chain organization by processing instrument warranty reviews and returns efficiently and accurately via Fax, Email, Esker, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process the workflow for customer warranty and returns, including fax and email return orders into Esker.
• Enter all instrument returns order information accurately into Abbott’s SAP ERP system.
• Elevate workflow issues to Leadership or Subject Matter Experts for timely resolution.
• Manage incoming requests from functional mailboxes and respond to all emails professionally with timeliness.
• Collaborate with Master Data, Purchasing, Finance, Sales/Marketing, Distribution Centers, and other functions regarding allocations, returns/credits, and order issues.
