Our office in Bönen (Germany) or Agrate Brianza, Milan (Italy) or in Madrid (Spain) will host the role.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the DACH region.
- Provide customer support and coordinate onboarding, order‑to‑invoice processes, and day‑to‑day assistance.
- Maintain customer data and set up new customers, building long‑term relationships through excellent service.
