Prenew is a growing Finnish startup that refurbishes computers, working at the intersection of technology and sustainability. We're looking for a customer service specialist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our international clients.
What you’ll do
You’ll handle customer inquiries through Customer Service software, responding to messages in German and English and other European language inquiries — supported with AI tools. You’ll assist customers with technical questions and logistics-related queries. We use AI tools to support fast, high-quality responses, and you’ll play an active role in developing how we work.
What we’re looking for
- Fluent German (Native or C1+) and strong English (B2+)
- Experience with customer service software; Zendesk is a plus
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or similar) in daily work
