- Ability to constructively manage conflicts and discrepancies towards a positive resolution.
- Track orders from departure to arrival, have up to date information to provide customer and sales support on deliveries.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in international trade, logistics, international business or related.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar functions or positions.
- Advanced English.
- ERP management.
