Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Customer Service Sales Representative role based in Saltillo, COA. The person in this role will respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely, accurate, and courteous support. They will identify customer needs, recommend suitable products or services, and actively close sales while following established sales processes and performance targets. Daily responsibilities include managing orders, processing payments, updating customer records in the system, and following up on open issues until resolution. The role also involves collaborating with team members and other departments to solve complex problems, gathering customer feedback to improve services, and adhering to all company policies and quality standards.
