Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone and/or digital channels
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and service requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding AT&T products and services
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Follow established processes and compliance guidelines
- Meet KPIs such as productivity, quality, and customer experience metrics
