Qualifications
- At least 6 months to 2+ years of BPO experience (Voice, Non-Voice, or Blended) for CSRs
- At 5 years of experience in Customer Service, 2-3 Years in Team Lead/Supervisory role
- At 6-10 Years of experience in Customer Service, 2-5 Years as Operations Manager role
- Must be able to complete pre-employment requirements
