Job Responsibilities

  • Attends to general inquiries and facilitates outpatient availments through the 24/7 Hotline.
  • Facilitates hospital admission and discharges through the 24/7 Hotline.
  • Secures medical documents related to hotline transactions as deemed necessary.
  • Billing and payment verification.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-Year Bachelor of Science course.
  • Computer literate (knowledgeable in Microsoft Office).
  • With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.
  • With good communication skills.
  • Willing to work on a rotational shift.
  • With a good internet connection.
  • With computer/desktop equipment.
