Job Responsibilities
- Attends to general inquiries and facilitates outpatient availments through the 24/7 Hotline.
- Facilitates hospital admission and discharges through the 24/7 Hotline.
- Secures medical documents related to hotline transactions as deemed necessary.
- Billing and payment verification.
- Cross-departmental collaboration.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-Year Bachelor of Science course.
- Computer literate (knowledgeable in Microsoft Office).
- With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.
- With good communication skills.
- Willing to work on a rotational shift.
- With a good internet connection.
- With computer/desktop equipment.
