Comfortable with Rotational Shifts (24/7 environment). 5-day working week with 2 rotational week-offs. Location is Kolkata Godrej Waterside. International voice process for Ecommerce. Salary is 18k in hand after all the deductions. Required Skills Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory. Soft Skills: Strong active listening, empathy, and ability to handle high-pressure situations. Technical: Basic computer proficiency and decent typing speed.
