Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, messages and email
- Assisting customers with their needs and service inquiries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
- Managing and resolving escalations by coordinating with teams
- Developing and maintaining high customer satisfactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- Open for Senior High Graduates and College Undergraduates
- At least 6 months of work
- Willing to work fully on site at shifting schedule
- Amenable to work as soon as possible
