Responsibilities
- Under the leadership and guidance of Management, the Client Advisor is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building and maintaining a loyal client base, providing clients with product knowledge, informing clients of new arrivals and working as part of a team to meet individual, boutique and brand objectives.
- Blend Christian Louboutin values in a concession environment to foster our partnership with the department store.
- Maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of industry trends, general leather goods construction and materials, as well as proprietary Christian Louboutin product knowledge.
- Act as a team player, foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the store, and support colleagues to achieve collective sales success.
- Act as a brand ambassador in and out of the store and create genuine relationships with clients.
