In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience through proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship management. Working closely with clients, sales associates, and suppliers, you’ll take ownership of inquiries and resolutions while delivering the high level of service that defines the Elte brand.
