Overview
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Operations team for the BDO Account . This is a billable role where you'll handle inbound customer concerns and provide top-tier service across a range of banking-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls via our hotline system.
- Addressing inquiries and concerns such as:
- Waivers and reversals
- Installment programs
- Card delivery and application follow-up
- Credit limit increases
- SOA requests
- Transaction disputes and general account questions
- Accurately capturing and processing data.
- Delivering professional, clear, and empathetic customer communication.
