Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to customer, and ensure smooth flow of inquiries and complaints via call, email or chat
- Ensure all responses to customers and clients are given with sincerity and compassion
- Ensure that all customers inquiries are rightfully attended to on a timely basis
- Resolve queries of the customer by encoding the standard replies through e-mail within the assigned turnaround time
Job Requirements
- Amenable to work ONSITE
- Preferably with BPO Experience, but not required
- SHS Graduate or at least 2 years in College are welcome to apply
- With strong understanding of relevant hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
