  • Wire PIN acknowledgement
  • ACH return/settlement

Additional Account Support

  • Add user to Payment Centre
  • Add/remove accounts
  • Account maintenance

Service & Quality Responsibilities

  • Meet required criteria for call quality standards
  • Maintain customer relations with a high degree of internal and external customer service
