- Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general inquiries
- Navigate and manage bookings using GDS tools (Sabre preferred)
- Provide timely and accurate information related to flights, hotels, and other travel services
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure service standards are met
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary
- At least 1 year of GDS experience (required)
- Proficiency in Sabre GDS is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented with a professional and patient attitude
