  • Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general inquiries
  • Navigate and manage bookings using GDS tools (Sabre preferred)
  • Provide timely and accurate information related to flights, hotels, and other travel services
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure service standards are met
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary
  • At least 1 year of GDS experience (required)
  • Proficiency in Sabre GDS is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-oriented with a professional and patient attitude
