Responsibilities
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Resolve client complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintain accurate records of area and client sales.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
