We are currently looking for a hardworking and dynamic Customer Service & RMA Specialist. The working days would be Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday and Monday off.

Responsibilities

• Greet & assist customers via phone, email, in‑person, text message, and live chat
• Deal with customer sales inquiries, technical support, and general customer service
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
