Customer Service Representative - Spanish/French/English (Sallent)

The Customer Care representative is responsible for ensuring that customers are provided best in class customer support.

Responsibilities

• Enter incoming purchase orders to meet or exceed agreed service levels.
• Support sales representatives with purchase order processing.
• Partner with Customer Care Leads to guarantee achievement of service level agreements.
• Identify gaps in customer care processes and partner with the customer experience team to resolve them.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; required languages: English (C1), Spanish (C1); preferred languages: German, French, Italian, or any additional language.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service/care roles within the B2B business segment.
