Customer Service Representative - Office-Based | Ensenada, B.C.
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative with excellent English skills to join our growing team in Ensenada, Baja California.

What You'll Do:
Process orders and follow up on shipping statuses
Provide product support and assistance
Engage in commissionable soft sales (no cold calling)
Maintain accurate customer records
**Requirements**:
Fluent English - verbal and written
Previous experience in customer service (required)
Experience in sales is a plus
Office-based position
Strong communication and organizational skills
