• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the items they need.

• Handle cash register operations, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock or out-of-stock items to the store manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store, including the checkout area.
• Promote special offers or loyalty programs to encourage sales.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing stock in the storage area.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
