Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative.
**What you'll do**:**ESSENTIALS FUNCTIONS**:A.
Ensure orders are entered on time in the ERP / monitor EDI's and customer requirements in a regular / systematic basis.B.
Review and maintain customer portals in a timely mannerC.
Communicating customer requirements to all applicable stakeholders.D.
Analyzes and provides necessarily follow up to the customer's requirements on short & long terms (12 weeks build plan).

Monitor Customer orders (OEM/ Service) daily.F.
Hold customer calls as neededG.
Coordinate with shipping the day-to-day shipment list / priorities.H.
Execute leader standard workI.
