Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for voice support
  • Investigate and conduct root cause analysis for inquiries received from patients and patient representatives
  • Responsible for accurately documenting steps taken and next steps needed to provide resolution.

Qualifications

  • College graduate with/without work experience.
  • At least 2 years in college (72 units) with 6 months BPO or customer service related experience.
  • Good communication skills
  • Amenable to work onsite (Bridgetowne, QC site)
