Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for voice support
- Investigate and conduct root cause analysis for inquiries received from patients and patient representatives
- Responsible for accurately documenting steps taken and next steps needed to provide resolution.
Qualifications
- College graduate with/without work experience.
- At least 2 years in college (72 units) with 6 months BPO or customer service related experience.
- Good communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite (Bridgetowne, QC site)
