Requirements:
- Completed at least 2 years in College or College Graduate
- With at least 12 months of BPO Experience (Voice – International Account)
- Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented, patient, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Willing to work onsite at Sparks Place
- Amenable to shifting schedules , weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers using the ride-hailing and delivery platform
