Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and efficient customer service using defined processes, tools, and systems, including pricing and availability, purchase order entry, order status, shipment status, product lead times, callback/follow‑up, call cross‑reference, general product information, and logistics.
  • Resolve customer concerns by expediting orders, correcting invoices, handling return goods authorizations/directions, managing special build and drop‑off orders, and correcting missing or incomplete purchase orders. Handle customer complaints related to missed shipments, incorrect drop‑offs, and credit requests.
