Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in CSR selling area.
• A strong understanding of automotive products services and terminology is essential to effectively assist clients and ensure timely, high quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email or in person.
• Scheduling service appointments, coordinating with installers and sales department maintaining accurate records and follow up on customer interactions.
