- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing team members on product knowledge, communication skills, leadership and customer service excellence.
- Assess training needs and identify areas that require additional training.
- Collaborate with management or clients and other departments to stay up-to-date on product specifics,new features, and promotions.
- Identify and address performance gaps through targeted training.
- Create and maintain training materials such as presentations, handouts, and e-learning Modules and surveys.
- Create and submit training reports to the stakeholders.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product training and incorporate them into our training programs.
