**Central Security is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Balcatta branch team for a 6 month fixed-term contract.** This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoys a strong working team environment.
**Responsibilities**
This is a frontline role that directly impacts the customer experience and involves a variety of tasks, including:
+ Processing sales orders (via emailed purchase orders, counter and phone)
+ Serving customers at the Trade Counter and via phone/email
+ Responding to product, pricing, order, and account enquiries
+ Preparing accurate quotes based on customer needs
+ Coordinating with operations, purchasing, and accounts teams
+ Managing returns, backorders, and stock requests
