Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Contacting potential customers to develop relationships and sales
• Maintaining current client relationships and identifying potential clients
• Prospecting for new business and building long-term relationships with the existing accounts
• Collaborating with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
• High outbound call volume required

Qualifications

• Accepts undergraduate/ Highschool graduate/ K12
• At least 1-year experience as Customer Service Representative
• Willing to work on-site (Ortigas)
• Above Average communication skills
